Processing Time

Orders are packed with love and shipped out within 2–4 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During busy times or sales, it may take just a little longer — thank you for your patience!

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on the carrier and where you live. While we wish we could control the mail truck, Ritzy Rexann isn’t responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unexpected hiccups.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first. Of course, we’re always happy to try and help however we can.

Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
